Right click on the pictures below and save. They are very easy to read. The program compressed them into thumbnails to have space. They are edited with the basic paint program that comes on all windows PCs. I realize not everyone can weld aluminum or has access to someone who can. As soon as I can I'll make a different version from mild steel tubing that everyone can build.
We do have a hydraulic bender that can give us the same bend everytime BUT it rips the aluminum pipe. Which is why we recommendthe much cheaper hand pump pipe bender like we got from our local Harbor Freight. Every tool we used we will have a link.
