I wish I would have known. In wire size the bigger the number the smaller the wire. Anything smaller than 18 gauge gets to be hard to work with. Even a simple crimp can cut the wire or it may brake at the crimp when you run it throught the bike. The wire below is 18 gauge and I wish I would have used ribbon wire from the start. If you use single strand wire , which I did at first. The bundles get large real fast . Ribbon wire helps to keep everything slim and neat.
Most would criss cross the wires to make it 72V we flipped battery to battery for a cleaner look.
We put the battery charger, controller and 72 v converter in the center console of the bike so you can recharge from any 110 outlet
